a month of instagram

I've been posting on Instagram for a month now (late adopter here), and it seems in this busy world where we never have enough time for everything we want to do, it's just easier to post a quick photo than to write a coherent blog post. Which doesn't mean I'll never blog again, but you'll probably find me over there more frequently.

This blog has always been like a Pinterest board for me, a place where I can bookmark things I like and refer back to them. Instagram seems like a quicker version, but like an increasingly speedy world, it means there is less time and less thought put into each entry. Maybe that's all we have time for and some is better than none, so as someone seeking a quick way to reference trips and other little gems I find, I wonder if instagram will be my future. As with all things, we'll see.
